Let's get into the Week 2 Start/Sit and as always, Liam Neeson wishes you luck:

START

Joe Flacco, QB, BAL (@ CLE) - Should Flacco be in the elite category? For this week, absolutely. Outside of Case Keenum, any quarterback should be in your starting lineup when the Browns are on the schedule. In a pass-happy Marc Trestman offense, Flacco has enough weapons around him to post solid, if not spectacular numbers, in Week 2 against the lowly Browns. - Scott Krinch

Jeremy Langford, RB, CHI (vs. PHI) - For all the concern about Langford's workload, he had 17 carries and 4 targets while the Bears' other running backs combined for a grand total of 1 carry. It was only one week, but Langford looks to be a safe play in a Bears offense that *will* improve from its Week 1 showing. (Tony Andracki)

Eli Manning, QB, NYG (vs. NO) - Eli may be a middle-of-the-pack QB normally, but he's my No. 1 QB this week. It's all 'bout dat matchup. Play anybody you can against the New Orleans Saints secondary until they prove they can actually stop an opponent's aerial attack. Remember, Eli threw 6 tuddies against NO last year. (Andracki)

Emmanuel Sanders, WR, DEN (vs. IND) - The Colts are almost to the Saints status for me right now, especially with Vontae Davis still out. Trevor Siemian actually looked pretty decent in his NFL debut and Sanders can flourish in either a short, conservative passing game or a downfield approach. Plus, with Demaryius Thomas nursing a sore hip, Sanders will likely be the clear No. 1 option. (Andracki)

Tajae Sharpe, WR, TEN (@ DET)If you drafted Sharpe thinking he would be a factor later in the season, your wait for him to emerge didn't last too long. Sharpe is firmly entrenched as the Titans No. 1 wide receiver (11 targets in Week 1), and has developed quite the rapport with quarterback Marcus Mariota. Look for Sharpe to see 10-plus targets against a porous Lions secondary, providing enough to warrant a flex play. - Krinch

T.J Yeldon, RB, JAX (@ SD)His 1.9 yards per carry in Week 1 was higher my freshman year of college GPA. Hey, if I can bounce back from that why can't a professional athlete do the same? Look, I'm not Yeldon's biggest fan, but Chris Ivory's injury coupled with a matchup against a shaky Chargers defense, Yeldon should be the benefactor of the Jaguars milking the clock in the second half. - Krinch

[FANTASY FOOTBALL: 10 Bold Predictions for the 2016 campaign]

SIT

Randall Cobb, WR, GB (@ MIN) - As the Packers' de facto No. 1 wide receiver in 2015, the Vikings held Cobb to just eight total catches in two games. The Vikings secondary is no joke and seems to be up to the task when facing Cobb throughout his career. If you've got better options on your roster, I'd advise you to leave Cobb sidelined in Week 2. - Krinch

Matt Jones, RB, WSH (vs. DAL) - Jones owners have to be frustrated by his Week 1 performance. The supposed No. 1 Redskins running back turned in a miniscule 24 yards on just seven carries, and had more false start penalties (1) than he did touchdowns. Jones even lost out on goal line carries to passing-down specialist Chris Thompson. The matchup against the Cowboys ain't bad, but I can't see Jones getting enough touches to be worthy of even a flex start. - Krinch

DeMarco Murray, RB, TEN (@ DET) - The Lions actually have a surprisingly solid run defense, having not allowed a rushing TD in four straight games dating back to last season. Yes, Murray's demise was overblown as we saw him post a good fantasy day in Week 1 while Derrick Henry was a nonfactor, but almost all of Murray's production came from two receiving TDs. That's simply not going to happen every week. (Andracki)

Philip Rivers, QB, SD (vs. JAC) - Rivers has made a career out of putting up numbers despite an unknown cast of weapons, but this may be his worst group yet with Keenan Allen now done for the year. Rivers' stock has gone way down and this week, he goes up against a Jags defense that is nowhere near as bad as some make them out to be. They just held Aaron Rodgers under 200 yards, and Rodgers' day would've been completely pedestrian without that absolutely bonkers TD pass he threw while being dragged to the ground by Jalen Ramsey. (Andracki)

Golden Tate, WR, DET (vs. TEN) - In Jim Bob Cooter's offense, Tate very well may be the fifth option behind Marvin Jones Jr., Theo Riddick, Eric Ebron and Ameer Abdullah. Tate has only scored in eight of his 33 games with the Lions and hasn't tallied a 100-yard game since Week 14 of the 2014 season. (Andracki)

Tyrod Taylor, QB, BUF (vs. NYJ) - It's time to drop Taylor. The Bills' upcoming schedule consists of the Jets, Cardinals, Patriots and Rams (four outstanding defenses). The Bills don't have enough talent on offense for Taylor to be fantasy relevant in 2016 — their current No. 2 wideout is Greg Salas because of another injury to Sammy Watkins. I wouldn't touch Taylor with a 10-foot pole, especially on a short week against a Jets defense that took him to the ground six times last season. - Krinch
