Prior to Sunday's game against the A's, the White Sox placed outfielder Dewayne Wise on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right hamstring and recalled outfielder Jordan Danks from AAA Charlotte.

Since the start of the 2013 season, Wise has batted .234 with a home run, three RBI and six runs scored over the course of 30 games with the South Siders.

Danks has played in just nine games with the White Sox since the start of the season. In that time he's gone 3-15 with a home run and two RBI. Throughout the 33 games he's played with Charlotte, Danks recorded five home runs, 20 RBI and 25 runs scored.

This marks the first time brothers Jordan and John Danks are active on the White Sox roster at the same time.
