Opening Day is over, which means all the knee-jerk reactions are making their way around the baseball world.

However, the White Sox are 1-0 after the influx of youth into their lineup while the Cubs failed to score a run in a heart-breaking 1-0 loss in Pittsburgh in "here-we-go-again" fashion.

So the debate on Tuesday's SportsTalk Live has some merit, as the two big-league teams appear to have arrows pointing in different directions.

Do the White Sox have more interesting storylines than the Cubs right now?

Until Javier Baez and the Cubs' prospects start making their way to Wrigley Field, the answer is probably "yes." It's hard to argue against it.

The Sox have Jose Abreu, Adam Eaton, Avisail Garcia and others joining Paul Konerko, Chris Sale and Co., stirring up optimism on the South Side.

Meanwhile, the Cubs went 0-for-11 with runners in scoring position Monday.
