KANSAS CITY Indeed, Lastings Milledge is starting today due to Adam Dunns appendectomy. But it doesnt hurt that hes tapped out two homers in eight career at-bats vs. Kansas City Royals starter Jeff Francis. Francis, in fact, has had little success vs. Chicago:
