Strengths

Main weapon among three pitches is an explosive fastball with a late, hard sinking action that sits at 93-94 mph and touches 96; Slider sits at 85 mph and bites hard when it's on; also has a good swing-and-miss changeup.

Weaknesses

Consistency has been biggest issue.

He said it

On life as a reliever: “You have to have thick skin and a short memory. It’s more natural. Growing up I always played that way, don’t dwell on anything. As a reliever you’re out there a lot more and you can’t dwell on what happened the previous outing.”
