While Alexei Ramirez's issues at the plate and on the field continue, his likely future successor has found his stroke at the plate in the minors.

White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson celebrated his 22nd birthday by slugging his way to MVP of the 2015 Southern League All-Star Game, leading the North to a 9-0 victory. Anderson went 2-for-3 with a double, triple and RBI.

"This is real exciting," Anderson told MiLB.com. "It was good to be around all these guys because they're great guys."
