Chris Sale and Adam Eaton hit a speed bump along their road to recovery.
The two White Sox stars were supposed to rehab with Triple-A Charlotte Thursday night, but heavy rains hit the area in North Carolina, washing out the Charlotte-Durham game.
Instead, the two teams will play a doubleheader Friday featuring two seven-inning games. Sale will start the first game in his rehab debut, recovering from a flexor strain in his left arm.
Eaton figures to get some time in the doubleheader as well as he rehabs from a right hamstring strain.
