The Kansas City Royals scored four times off Scott Carroll and the White Sox bullpen in the sixth inning as they defeated Chicago, 7-1, on Tuesday night. Adam Dunn homered for the Sox in the loss.
White Sox leadoff man Adam Eaton, who jammed his right middle finger earlier this month, reiterated Tuesday that his finger isn't broken.
White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf is looking forward to Sunday's Hall of Fame induction ceremony, but wishes legendary broadcaster Harry Caray were alive to see Tony La Russa's induction.
