White Sox

In signing Mat Latos to a one-year, $3 million deal, the White Sox made a low-risk, high-reward move to shore up the back of their starting rotation.
Slowed by injuries the past two seasons, Mat Latos will attempt to get back on track with the White Sox after agreeing to a one-year deal on Tuesday pending a physical, a baseball source confirmed.
After agreeing to a deal with Mat Latos earlier on Tuesday, the White Sox added another player after signing Travis Ishikawa to a minor-league deal that includes an invite to spring training.
