White Sox

The White Sox closed out their road trip with a 5-2 record after defeating the Tigers, 7-4, in the series finale on Thursday. Jose Abreu and Adam Eaton both reached base five times for Chicago.
The White Sox had plenty of names included in rumors over the past month, but no deals came to fruition leading up to Thursday's trade deadline.
Even though signs point to the White Sox being sellers at the trade deadline, Jose Abreu believes this team is still in position to contend in 2014.
