In an effort to aid relief to victims affected by the devastating tornadoes in Central Illinois, several Bears made the trip from Halas Hall to Coal City on Monday afternoon.
Robbie Gould along with teammates Zack Bowman, Sherrick McCanis, Blake Costanzo and former Bears Anthony Adams, Rashied Davis and Tom Zbikowski spent the day supporting American Red Cross tornado relief efforts in Coal City.
"Just to see the devastation from coming off the highway, really just hits home, Costanzo said. "It puts things in perspective, what's really important in life. Whatever we could do to help, we're going to do. That's why I love playing football, I love this team and this organization."

The group helped serve meals, donate food and water and distribute supplies from an Emergency Response Vehicle.
In addition to Monday's efforts in Coal City, the Bears plan to show support those affected by tornadoes by sporting Washington High School t-shirts during the pre and postgame press conferences Sunday against the St. Louis Rams.
Pending the NFL's approval, the players will wear the logo of the Washington Panthers.
