Chicago Bears offensive tackle Jermon Bushrod is known as a hard worker both during the season and in the offseason, and with his recent post on Instagram with teammates Kyle Long, Roberto Garza, and Jordan Mills posing for a post-workout photo, this further confirms his dedication to the game as well as continuing to form the bond of brotherhood that will hopefully roll over into next season. The only fellow starting offensive lineman missing was left guard Matt Slauson, but Bushrod made sure to mention his absence with #missingmyLG.

It must have been a strenuous workout for the guys seeing how Garza is without his shoes or maybe his toes just needed some of this fresh Illinois air.

On Monday, quarterback Jay Cutler was working on his passing game, throwing some balls to wide receiver Brandon Marshall in Florida. If passes can be this crisp when the season hits, the Bears may make the playoffs for the first time since 2010.
