Shea McClellin seems to be awfully committed to making his position change count.

The Bears' 2012 first-round draft pick has disappointed as a defensive end the last couple years, but is making the switch to linebacker and has been training like a beast.
Scot Prohaska, McClellin's personal trainer, has shaped the former Boise State star into a 'Batman' villain, at least according to teammate Kyle Long:

That's not a bad comparison:
According to Prohaska, McClellin has lost 11 pounds, 8 percent body fat and sped up to a 4.5 40 time:
Shea Mcclellin b4 training was 263lb,18%BF,4.74 40 & 320lb bench. NOW 252lb,10%BF, 4.5 40, 365lbs. Perfect for a LB. pic.twitter.com/0WeqLOW1OZ— Scot Prohaska (@ScotProhaska) April 21, 2014
If nothing else, it's a good sign to see McClellin putting in the work to get ready for what may be a make-or-break season for him.
