The Cleveland Browns have signed former Bears wide receiver Earl Bennett on Thursday, just two months after he was cut by the Bears.
The 27-year old was released in March after he presumably refused to take a pay cut.
Bennett caught 32 passes for 243 yards and a career-high four touchdowns in 15 games with the Bears last year. He spent six years in Chicago, recording 185 receptions, 2,227 yards, and 12 touchdowns.
Details of Bennett's contract have not been disclosed.
