Duncan Keith has logged the most minutes out of any Blackhawks player this season, and took advantage of a much-needed day off against the Washington Capitals on Friday night.

The Blackhawks defenseman — and Norris Trophy favorite — joined CSN analyst Eddie Olczyk in the booth during first period intermission to discuss the upcoming Stanley Cup Playoffs, including the importance of rest this time of year.

"I think it's just all about kind of fine tuning our game and making sure everybody's healthy and ready to go come playoff time," Keith said. "Obviously we don't know who we're playing but I think either team is going to present a lot of challenges. Whoever we play, it's going to be a fun, hard-fought series."
