While the Bears were adding offensive line and linebacker depth, their division rivals were also adding new offensive weapons and game-changing defenders. Here's a look at the draft prospects who NFC North teams picked up:

Detroit Lions

Analysis: Ansah is the draft's true boom/bust prospect. Drafting a I-AA punter in the fifth round was definitely a head scratcher although they weren't alone in the division. Fuller could be a sleeper in this class with the receiver position opposite Calvin Johnson potentially wide open.

RD 1 (5) – DE Ziggy Ansah, BYU

RD 2 (36) – CB Darius Slay, Mississippi State

RD 3 (65) – OG Larry Warford, Kentucky

RD 4 (132) – DE Devin Taylor, South Carolina

RD 5 (165) – P Sam Martin, Appalachian State

RD 6 (171) – WR Corey Fuller, Virginia Tech

RD 6 (199) – RB Theo Riddick, Notre Dame

RD 7 (211) – TE Michael Williams, Alabama

RD 7 (245) – ILB Brandon Hepburn, Florida A&M

Green Bay Packers

Analysis: Franklin might turn out to be the better of the two RBs selected here. Keep an eye on Johnson, although he has a long way to go to get on the field.

RD 1 (26) – DE Datone Jones, UCLA

RD 2 (61) – RB Eddie Lacy, Alabama

RD 4 (109) – OT David Bakhtiari, Colorado

RD 4 (122) – OT J.C. Tretter, Cornell

RD 4 (125) – RB Johnathan Franklin, UCLA

RD 5 (159) – CB Micah Hyde, Iowa

RD 5 (167) – DE Josh Boyd, Mississippi State

RD 6 (193) – LB Nate Palmer, Illinois State

RD 7 (216) – WR Charles Johnson, Grand Valley State

RD 7 (224) – WR Kevin Dorsey, Maryland

RD 7 (232) – LB Sam Barrington, South Florida

Minnesota Vikings

Analysis: Most impressive things about all three first round picks are none of them were reaches, and they all filled needs. Vikings got great value with Floyd and if Patterson pans out, this draft class could be a home run.  Mauti will be a name to watch if he can stay healthy.

RD 1 (23) – DT Sharrif Floyd, Florida

RD 1 (25) – CB Xavier Rhodes, Florida State

RD 1 (29) – WR Cordarrelle Patterson, Tennessee

RD 4 (120) – LB Gerald Hodges, Penn State

RD 5 (155) – P Jeff Locke, UCLA

RD 6 (196) – OG Jeff Baca, UCLA

RD 7 (213) – LB Michael Mauti, Penn State

RD 7 (214) – OG Travis Bond, North Carolina

RD 7 (229) – DT Everett Dawkins, Florida State
