The Bulls were reportedly in on free agent shooting guard O.J. Mayo, but their main issue was trying to work it around an increasingly tight budget.
Now, it looks like any solution they would have come across would be too late. Mayo tweeted late Monday that he was going to sign with the Dallas Mavericks.
