The Bears' receiving core makeover continued Sunday as they signed wideout Titus Davis.
Davis, the older brother of this year's fifth overall pick Corey Davis, has played on three practice squads over the past two seasons in the NFL but is very familiar with Chicago.
The 24-year-old starred at Wheaton-Warrenville South, where he claimed an IHSA Class 7A State Championship crown in 2010. Davis then went on to break several of NFL-star Antonio Brown's records at Central Michigan. Over four years with the Chippewas, Davis caught 204 passes for 3,700 yards and 37 scores.

Despite an illustrious college career, Davis went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft. He competed in Bears rookie minicamp as a tryout candidate and will now join Kendall Wright, Markus Wheaton and Rueben Randle as fresh faces out wide.
In a corresponding move, the Bears waived Levonte Whitfield. The Florida State product went undrafted in last month's draft.
