Fresh off back-to-back series wins, the White Sox are off to the Bronx to finish up their nine-game road trip.
So far, the south siders have thrived on the road, winning four out of six games, but beating the Yankees in New York may prove difficult. New York is off to a perfect 6-0 at home and 8-4 overall.
"Anytime you're going to New York, it's a whole different level for some reason," Melton said. "I don't really care what kind of team you got. When you're going to play the Yankees and play in that big ballpark, a lot of things change."
After finishing a three-game set with the Yanks, the Sox return to Guaranteed Rate Field to begin a series with the Indians.
