Kris Bryant is really starting to feel at home in Chicago. After cranking his first Wrigley home run on Monday night against Jacob deGrom, Bryant followed up with two more later in the week, on Tuesday and Friday.

As he makes the ballpark his home, Bryant is making the city his home, too.

Thought he hadn’t been to Chicago before he signed with the Cubs in 2013, the rookie is enjoying his acclimation to the new climate and big city. His downtown apartment is his “safe zone” where he can just relax. When he ventures out, there’s plenty of food and city to explore -- and he says he’s felt at home when people have nice things to relate to him on the street.

The apartment has a lot of baseball memorabilia already. Bryant has a base from his first major league game on a coffee table, and his first two career home run balls, one in Milwaukee and one in Chicago, in cases by his television.

In the video below, he also discusses his first home, Las Vegas, and his baseball home, in Wrigley Field.
