Wrigleyville rooftop owners have brought legal action against members of the landmarks commission and the city of Chicago.

Several rooftop owners sued Tuesday in an attempt to reverse the city's approval of the Wrigley Field renovations, which are expected to include signage and a video board that will obstruct the view of the field from the rooftops.

The rooftop owners claim the city broke it's own rule and denied them due process in defending their property rights.

This specific legal action does not include the Cubs as a defendant.
