Chicago soccer fans go wild over USWNT World Cup title

Four years ago, the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team left Germany with a sour taste in its mouth after losing on penalty kicks to Japan in the World Cup title game. 

On Sunday, Carli Lloyd and the U.S. got sweet, sweet revenge as she scored a first-half hat trick en route to a 5-2 win over Japan.

The Chicago watch party in Lincoln Park was electric from start to finish. Fans of the USWNT flooded the park, cheering on their beloved soccer team.

Our cameras ventured into the madness and gave away free Chicago Fire tickets to one lucky fan.
