DENVER -- Notre Dame is back in the Top 25, in the coaches poll at least.

Following their 45-10 drubbing of Air Force Saturday, the 6-2 Irish re-entered the USA Today Coaches Poll at No. 25. The AP Top 25 did not rank Notre Dame, but the Irish narrowly missed out -- falling just shy of No. 25 Arizona State, a team they beat 37-34 earlier this month.

Michigan State -- another team Notre Dame beat -- came in at No. 24 in the AP poll.

As things stand, the only ranked opponent Notre Dame has left on its schedule is No. 6 Stanford, which topped Oregon State in Corvallis, Ore., Saturday night. BYU, though, looked strong in a 37-20 win over Boise State on Friday.
