Over a week after capturing their third Stanley Cup in the last six years, the Blackhawks and the two players who led the way during their championship run have been nominated for an ESPY award.

ESPN announced its 2015 ESPY nominees on Wednesday, and Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith are among those up for the Best NHL Player award while the Blackhawks are up for Best Team.

Toews, who's been nominated for the second consecutive year, registered 21 points (10 goals, 11 assists) in 23 postseason games, captaining the Blackhawks to their third title since 2010.

Keith, a two-time Norris Trophy winner, recorded the most assists in the playoffs (18) and tied for fourth-most points (21) while compiling more than 700 minutes of ice time, becoming just the fourth player in NHL history to do that in a single postseason. The Blackhawks defenseman also scored the Stanley Cup-winning goal in the final game, securing the 2015 Conn Smythe Trophy for playoff MVP by unanimous decision.
