When the Chicago Bulls hosted the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night, they were also hosting another high-profile guest. Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States.

Obama is a Chicagoan and a fan of the Bulls and White Sox. He's previously thrown out the first pitch at Guaranteed Rate Field.

On Wednesday night, Obama brought some special guests from My Brother's Keeper Alliance and Girls Opportunity Alliance.

Before the Bulls game, he had career development conversations with young people from both organizations, the Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks.

Celtics guard Marcus Smart called it "an honor" to play in front of Obama.

“The former president of the United States, I think that’s one of the biggest celebrities you could play in front of,” Smart told media after the game.

Smart added: "To come in here and have that opportunity, I wish my mom was here to see it, but she’s watching, smiling over me. She saw that. So that’s definitely a highlight of my life, my career, to play in front of somebody like that."
