Common and Chance The Rapper to perform at 2020 NBA All-Star Game

2020 NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago is sure to be an excellent event, with the United Center getting new additions in the offseason and fans genuinely pumped for the first NBA All-Star weekend in Chicago in more than three decades. Now there are even more reasons to be excited.  

Chicago natives Common and Chance The Rapper will be ambassadors and headline performers at the 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend, which Chance announced on Thursday at his "SocialWorks' 2019 Annual Night at the Museum" event. 

It was also reported that Chance's younger brother, Taylor Bennett, will perform at the Rising Stars halftime show. 

NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago kicks off on Feb. 14 with the NBA Crossover event, which will be "showcasing the NBA’s influence on pop culture, including music, art, fashion and technology" and the NBA Rising Stars Challenge.
