Chicago Fire midfielder David Accam, and defenders Daneil Cyrus and Joevin Jones have been called up by their respective national teams for upcoming international friendlies, the club announced Tuesday.

Accam was selected by Ghana coach Avram Grant to take part in two matches against Peru (Oct. 9) and Canada (Oct. 13) in Washington, D.C. Meanwhile, Cyrus and Jones were summoned by Trinidad and Tobago boss Stephen Hart ahead of the Soca Warriors' fixtures against Panama in Panama City (Oct. 8) and Nicaragua at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad (Oct. 13).

Accam was most recently included in the Black Stars' fold for a friendly against Congo and 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda on Sept. 5, though did not see time in either match. The designated player has one goal in four appearances for his country and boasts a team-high nine goals for the Fire.

Cyrus and Jones both started for Trinidad in a riveting 3-3 draw with Mexico on Sept. 4 at Rio Tinto Stadium, and have since made three and two club starts, respectively.

The trio will not miss the Fire's home game against the New England Revolution on Saturday, however, as they will remain with the club through the weekend. The Men in Red have a bye week on Oct. 10 during the FIFA international window, which runs from Oct. 5-13.

They are also projected to return in time to join the Fire before their penultimate game of the regular season against D.C. United on Sunday, Oct. 18.
