Jordan Brand merchandise flying off the shelves following ‘The Last Dance'

The Michael Jordan documentary "The Last Dance" has been a huge hit and has also been a boon for the Jordan Brand as a whole, with the price of many pairs of the famous sneaker seeing a large increase in value. According to a report from The Athletic, Jordan Brand merchandise is flying off the shelves.

Since "The Last Dance" premiered, there has been an astonishing 40% increase in Jordan merchandise sales on the StockX website.

Throughout the 10-part documentary series showcasing the '90s Bulls, fans have been treated to long looks at the team's old-school gear, including the warmup jackets and beloved black and red pin-striped unis, all of which have surely played a role in the surge. The Bulls have long been one of the NBA's most valuable franchises, being valued at over $3 billion as of 2020.
