As part of our coverage leading up to the 2015 NBA Draft we will provide profiles of more than 60 prospects, including video interviews with each player, what they're saying leading up to draft day as well as their potential fit on the Bulls.

Vince Hunter, F, UTEP

6'8" | 200 lbs. | 20 years old

2014-15 stats:

14.9 points, 9.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 52.6 FG%, 28.5 minutes

Projection:

Second round to undrafted

Quotable:

"Toughness, defensiveness and rebounding (are my strengths). Definitely (need to work on) my skill work and my jump shot. I feel like my jump shot already improved tremendously and gotten better, so just keep working at that and my skills."

Fit for the Bulls:

The Bulls don't have a second-round pick in this year's draft, and Hunter isn't an option at No. 22. Still, the sophomore is going to make an NBA team very happy with the way he rebounds. With a 6-foot-11 wingspan and an NBA-ready body, he averaged a whopping 13.0 rebounds per 40 minutes in his second season with the Miners, including 2.7 offensive rebounds per game (in 28.5 minutes). He'll need to expand his game some, but for a team looking to improve on their rebounding Hunter makes sense as someone who can play physical inside and rebound with the best of them.
